I could make my own Star Trek scale charts if I wished to combine universes. I've seen that guy's scale charts a long time ago (I think when they were first out) and they still contain some errors last I checked. The only reason I brought Trek into it is I'ma scale modeler obsessed with Trek and have had many of those numbers to hand and often I make those comparisons in my head because I have a good grasp on how big Trek ships are.

That said, my first ever scale chart did involve looking at the Pillar of Autumn in relation to some sci-fi ships I was familiar with. I lost the original working file so forgive the small resolution. This is from 2004:
