The Grifball settings have always been supplied by GrifballHub (was the same way in Reach, too. Same way in Halo 3, except they came from Rooster Teeth then).
The settings in matchmaking now are the ones we used for our November/December season. We've since improved them. The settings that are going in next week are the ones that were used in the January/February season. We have since tweaked those further, so expect to see more small changes in the future.
