- And takes leadership of a shattered people, telling them the hard truth and that they need to move on.

Four epic, masterfully interwoven threads, with a decent amount of time playing as him thrown-in. What more could one want?

(Human Weakness is probably my favorite 25 pages of Halo, but I don't think that counts as an arc.)
