Everybody is jerk on the internet at least one time in their life, I wouldn't hold his comment against him. But, then again, I don't follow him on twitter, so I don't know his general attitude.

I think that if the "always on" requirement was true, I doubt MS would come out and announce it. This is the kind of thing we wouldn't find out until two months before release.
