My predictions:

Various humans or other NPCs take over the Cortana role of giving you instructions, like they did in Halo 3 with Stacker/Keyes/Johnson/Hood/Spark/Elites tag-teaming.

Cortana is brought back in some way due to Space Magic.

Cortana continues on the road to rampancy, begins to command Forerunner technology, and is the Final Boss of Halo 6.
