Yeah she has already gone through a huge amount of changes. Also the overload of information she got from the first Halo. If I remember right, it was said that that huge amount of data would speed her rampancy . . . not sure if we ever saw that happen though.

I would guess that they wouldn't pull a "virus fever" thing though. I think the threat of rampancy is too good of a plot device to leave in the dust.

And seriously, I really hate the possibility that we won't see her rampant. I think it is just too good of an idea for 343 to let it go. I'm really starting to think that she will come back in the sequels getting more and more rampant. But I really don't want to get my fanboy hopes up for that and have them squashed.
