Re: Looking back at over ten years of Halo . . .

Well I've been lucky enough to be born into a literal gaming family; many of my cousins, my siblings, and even my dad, all into Halo! Whenever we have a family get-together Xbox LANs are right up there with barbecueing and tossing around a football. I've got so many memories from these it's hard to pick one, but I'll share two of them...

1. A while ago my family, along with some of my grandparents, were spending the week at my cousins house, almost every day after we ate supper about 10 of us would go upstairs and set up our xboxes and play Halo 2 until midnight or later. There was lots of laughing yelling and general craziness, definitely a great memory I have... :')

2. Whenever a new Halo title comes out it's now become an unofficial tradition to play the campaign mode on 4-player legendary. Friends are invited, snacked are served, and people take off work/school if they can, but the campaign is not to be touched until everyone participating is present. It's kinda like a Super Bowl party come to think of it. I really have to many memories from this, weather it be the three days that ODST somehow took us, flying through New Alexandria, stuffing pizza rolls in my mouth between Banshee attacks, or even me and my dad playing through Halo CE for the first time...

And that's not even touching XBL experiences... ;)
