I like him a lot more as a character now that 343 has embraced his personality. In Halo 4, I wasn't sure if they wanted me to actually consider him a "complex" character or a threat to the Chief, and for that reason he grated on me, but in Hunt the Truth it's obvious that he's just a blowhard with a chip on his shoulder and a stick up his ass. It's much easier to appreciate the character now that the ambiguity is gone.

That said, although I like him as a character, it's only because I love to hate him. We best be able to blow him out of an airlock in Halo 5.
