MixMaker117 (and other YouTubers) informed me that they are for the 2014 players. I can deal with not having ODST. But Relic is a Match Making feature. Not giving it to all will only result in limiting MM again.

Look at Halo3, Reach, and 4's MM on the 360. Those DLC maps are still NOT FREE. And it greatly hurt MM. Even for those of us that bought the maps. We very rarely got to play them. It should not and does not need to be the case with MCC.
