District management must be really shitty where you live. Either that, or district management down here in the Augusta area is better than the norm. I've never had a bad experience once in the probably 15 years or so they've been around here and I've bought most of my games from them (though recently I've been buying a lot from Amazon because they run some great sales; I got Alien Isolation and Far Cry 4 for $40 each back in February). At least I've never had a bad experience as a customer. I wouldn't recommend working there unless you're just looking for a 2-month summer job, because the whole company is apparently designed to have massive rates of turnover for base-level employees. The only people I see that stay for more than a season are managers. Maybe that's why so many people have bad experiences. It's probably hard to get good service when most of the employees have been there for only a few weeks and are told that quotas for preorders and Game Informer subs are paramount.
