I'm not longer a fan of GameStop. Haven't for a while now.
Last week, they wouldn't take half of my Trade-In stuff for the X1 with MCC. It all worked as well too.
Thankfully a nearby Trade-It (basically a pawn shop franchise) had exactly what I wanted and they took all but one controller. Got the system and game for $200.

About the same cash GameStop would have given me. But at least they took my stuff. GS wouldn't because my controller's sticks were "too warn". They tell me this while over a hundred USED controllers hang on the wall behind him. Trade-It? They basically said screw it. "We want your business and it's not like we can't replace the joysticks."

I still got a pretty raw deal, but I still got a $150+ off a new console (it was clearly new).
Now if only the TV adapter would come in the mail already!
