None of them should matter, those specific crystals in Zedd's vid are the 35 crystals mentioned in the egg script (crystal00-crystal34), are the only large crystal groupings in that area. The first time I did this I tracked them down individually using their spawn coordinates, which spent enough time that the egg activated (which is when I acted like this should be easy to find, and spent the next week going crazy because I couldn't replicate it unless I did it slowly in the indexed order again, which didn't make sense from what the script was saying).

The only requirements seem to be that those 35 crystals are dead, that you are on legendary, and that enough time has passed before ending the egg check (I describe where I believe this to be in my response to Rockslider)
