Assuming you actually read the "reviews" you should have noticed a trend, that the majority of the reviewers have either not played Halo, or have not played it in many many years.
What does that infer?
That infers that they aren't as invested into the series as the target audience which would be: us.
Gamers.
People who play Halo. Alot.
Who consume all the extra media outside of the games.
Not these clowns.
That's why it's only on xbox. Not mainstream TV, or even netflix for that matter.
Duh-oy!
This would be just like me reviewing Game of Thrones or Dr.Who or Harry Potter. I've never read the books. I only know that they are things that exist, and people like them for some reason (much like how these people talk about Halo, in their own reviews, so, to each his own).
So by that logic, I watch an episode of game of thrones, and I think it sucks. Does that mean it's a failure because I didn't enjoy it? Nope. It's got plenty of fans to stand on its own. Just like Halo does, albeit in another medium.
Don't fall for click bait, man.
