Halo: Nightfall is a live-action video game with none of the benefits of a video game. Its creators took what is already one of the most boring sci-fi universes in gaming and then built a show around its extras; disposable UNSC grunts that manage to have even less personality than the video game's faceless protagonist.
I played the Halo trilogy and I would not watch it again. Instead I will brood in my basement with a permanent grimace hoping that HBO will make a Mass Effect series. Incidentally I wouldn't even play Halo again. It's so bland.
You know what? This is my review: "This show is so bad I'm buying a PS4."
Also, "Oh, and spoiler: there's no Halo anymore. I guess it got blown up? I don't know if that's actually a spoiler, maybe that happened in one of the video games already."
