I'm pretty sure it's a reflection, you can see what I think are ripples in the bottom half of the picture on the far right. That implies these two characters are very similar, or very dissimilar-- as a reflection of you looks just like you, but with everything turned around... so, it most likely means one thing, or the opposite of that. I'll give them this, that's a good way of giving information vaguely.
