This is a recent repurposing of the word "gender" and not one that I subscribe to. But I didn't want to get into an argument over "gender." My point is his (and others') language gives him a technicality to exploit.

Sure, it'd be a slap in the face. But, if it really IS Cortana, this is a thread of speculation they need to stamp down now. And, like I said, no one's going to remember his post in 1.5 years.
