No, I think Bungie probably has a big ol' high-res piece of art for that. They'd better, if they're as on-the-ball as they make out to be. It's the low point of shoddy PR if you don't have all your artwork ready for every conceivable purpose. I trust Doug Zartman.

I have a very good 1024x768 72dpi desktop pic of the original, which I downloaded from Bungie, so it stands to reason that they have one that size at 300dpi.

But it doesn't really matter. What's on the cover of CGW is the result of svereal people's work on the same piece, and maybe it didn't turn out as well as it could have, but hey, it's on the cover! I'm satisfied.
