Ok, done it, though I'm still a bit unsure about my skills.

My main question is about "average" skill levels. I mean, once I saw the table on the HTMLized version and saw how humans are between 10 and 40 for each attribute, I realized 25 was average and based by character's attributes on that. But, how skillfull is 16? 10? What is an average level for a given skill for a well-rounded person?
