The REAL issue I believe is how Microsoft has handled the uproar. Many of the "problems" associated with the Xbone I believe could have been dismissed with minimal fuss had the spokespeople for Microsoft been on the same page from day one. As it's been, Microsoft has rapidly depleted what little good will the internet has to offer.

Whatever their intentions overall, I fear for MS's ability to pull themselves out of the hole they've dug. Time of course, will tell.
