I'm not worried about cosmetic DLC.

Campaign DLC, on the other hand, sets a worrying precedent. It encourages developers to hold things out of the base game for later release as paid DLC. Everyone knows BioWare did this with Mass Effect and it seems obvious to me that Bungie has done the same thing with Destiny (although others disagree).
