Can we play Singleplayer while the Multiplayer downloads?

I know Xbox 360 is weird about background downloads, but how is the Xbox One?

I mean, if I pace my way through the Halo 2A campaign, I'll be finished around the same time as the download... if my math is correct. That wouldn't really be a problem, even though I'd rather jump into Forge first (like I've done with every Halo game since H3. :P)
