: video would be on disc given the size constraints. Plans might have
: changed, but I have to imagine it's not all going to be on the disc at
: least. But my issue wasn't so much the streaming last time as it was the
: fact that they wouldn't play from within the game, which I imagine has
: been addressed this time (at least in H2A).

The cutscenes are all on disc/game install, but the Terminals are all streaming again which is unfortunate.
