Xbox One allows 362 gigs of storage (barring any updates) off of the 500gig drive, so a 65gig install occupies about a fifth of that if you're preloading, but if you were to only get the update, it's closer to 6%. Still shouldn't be too much of a problem, assuming you don't download too many games.
