One of my biggest issues with Halo 4 was my inability to distinguish enemy ranks.
I've seen the Vidocs detailing the differences between the Promethean Knights, but when I am playing, I don't see them. I see Knights. I shoot 'em. I get killed way more frequently than I should because I didn't notice the flares or armor variant of a leader and get blasted by a Scattershot or something.
Color is a huge factor that 343i has generally ignored.
Why don't I have the same issue in Matchmaking? I am blue. They're red. I always know who my targets are and I can (usually) tell what their weapons are. Halo 1-3(ish) only had different colors to distinguish classes of enemy... but when you saw a White Elite vs. a Blue Elite, you knew not to mess with him.
Halo Reach and Halo 4 were "oh, he's got fancy armor..." "....Oh, so does he...." "...and him."
It's Silent Cartographer all over again.
The floor texture is too complicated and doesn't make sense with the art style.
Basically, make Levi fix it.
