Looks like Standard, Ranger, and I guess Councillor. I'm pretty sure the second one is the Ranger because it does have a jetpack like structure on its back, and a more enclosed helmet. I'm guessing the third one is the Councillor as there were only these three variants in the Covenant Elite armours. They do not look anything like the Heretic armours.

I really loved the Councillor armour, and if this is the replacement, I'm really sad.
