I think I elaborated on this in a different post recently, but I call it a cash grab because all but H2 are ridiculous, as I pretty much described in my initial reply to Gravemind. H1A just happened, H3 just went On Demand, and H4 is still too new to be considered old (regardless of what I think about it personally). If there is truth to this rumor, I still think it's one incredibly stupid bundle idea, even if I agree with your post on the potential reasoning behind it (though I still don't see it pushing many Xbox One consoles at all).

I called H2A a total cash grab because, well, really, a 10 year anniversary game for H2? Clearly just for cash. H1A made sense. The big milestone for the big ultimate Halo franchise. H2A is out of place. You know you aren't gonna be seeing H3A in 2017. But everything you said about how H2A could severely backfire on them is so spot on.
