I can totally understand wanting to let your hair blow in the breeze after fighting a vicious onslaught of Covenant and Promethean baddies, but only afterwards. Makes me wonder why Sarah didn't just put a round through Vlad's helmetless skull instead of going through the hassle of shooting the Commander-in-Chief, Fleet/Chairman, Security Council/Chief Bald Guy in the leg to distract him, then being all stubby and everything.
