You've BECOME the conversation around here, and that's pointless.

I've tried really, really hard to point out what I thought the problem was, and ask you (very nicely) to do your best to solve it.

You've done nothing but exacerbate it.

I think it's time for an enforced absence. I hate doing this, and I do it really rarely - but you don't seem to be listening (to ANYONE).

It's not permanent (unless you want it to be).
