Please let me first thank you for not mindlessly attcking me for my simple inquiry post and for thinking before posting. Wish those above your post did that. Now on to my replies.

Not at all. My emptying a needler into him and later 2 clear sniper shots to the head and not taking him down is what lead to my thinking that he may have modded.

I'm not a delusional child. I know full well there are better players then me out there. LOTS OF THEM. Anyone that plays me know Im not at all shy about pointing out how much I suck at the game. I've won games and don't even know how I did it. I play for fun (and for boredom sake). I don't care 2 cents about my k/d.

If I cared about it I would. But I don't. I was just curious about his low gamerscore in comparison to his GOLD membership. Nothing more.

I don't "always come here whining". You are clearly refuring to my post about region settings. Yes I get sick of it. Anyone would. I asked about it because past Halo games had that option (if memory serves) and I was curious if Halo4 had it as well.
The lagging is not on my end. I only play when I have no lag and when my NAT is open. If there is ever any sign of lagging, I stop playing til it clears up. I despise lagging players and refuse to be the cause of it. I may not know the other players on my team most of the time, but I ALWAYS have their back. If I'm causing lag, I inform my team and get off so they can have a chance at winning. Being the cause of a game's lag is the last thing you'll see me be.

I have and did. It's great.
If I was the cause of it, then the entire game would lag. Not just with one player.
Most of the players I seem to have trouble with tend to be stationed in Mexico.
I don't believe the guy lastnight was lagging. There were no signs of it. Most likely he was host.

Heads up to everyone, I'll proberly ignore many of the replies below this one from Rev. Nothing personal, just not a fan of getting in pointless arguments and/or repeating myself. Too much is happenong on my end to deal with them all anyway. If I feel the need to reply, I will (in time). But if you're just going to be petty and attack me, then forget it.
