Type Xbox Live into Wikipedia and you'd have found when it started in under 10s.

And maybe he only bought a few games? If he 100%'d all his games then that works out at 1 game a year - not unreasonable. If he didn't then the ratio of games per year goes up.

I don't really see how this is so hard to believe.
