Um, Halo 4 doesn't have Campaign MM.

The rotating playlist thing only lasted like... a month, after they realised many of the 'temporary' playlists were more popular than the permanent ones and kept them in as permanent ones instead. They've already gone WAY over their 'we want to keep it focused' plan for MM and are planning even MORE additional playlists.
