Yes, it is true that BlackOps SWAT cannot do Lion moves(Lion Axe, whatever). Correct me if I'm wrong.

But if YOU were the one controlling them by shapeshifting, they CAN do Lion moves. Its just like Green Strikers can't do Striker Slam punch, but if YOU were to control them using shapeshifting, they would be able to do them. That means there is no point shapeshifting into a red striker

Well, you can observe them fighting with the furies in the ending level. The always seem to lose out, don't they? That's another of bungie's tricks. Those red furies are seemingly enhanced in health using the .raw or .sep files to make sure that the BlackOps SWAT never win.

By the way, the game uses only 2 BlackOps for the final level. There are supposed to be 3. There is a GrifOps03. Well, I'm not so sure. I bet that's all there is left of the TCTF troops. 2 miserable BlackOps SWAT.
Which leads me to this question: Didn't Konoko kill every TCTF agent in that base? It is possible that those were supposed to work in the morning shift(and Knk went to the base at night)
