My favourite guys are...

Definitely Muro and Mukade or Red Ninja(you said guys, not guy, right?)
Why, Muro has really great moves, so does Mukade. And both has high AI health and are Boss characters. Barabas doesn't have cool moves, although I like his Earthquaker(which affects a higher radius then MutantMuro's equivalent).
Muro, when shapeshifted into, has really fast and powerful punches, especially his extended 4-punch combo. Furthermore, that combo is virtually unblockable(unless an AI is doing combos or is recovering.)
Mukade looks great, too. So does the Red Ninja. They have some moves that the other ninjas cannot do, although you can do them if you shapeshift into them(the AI controlled ones cannot)
