In Response To: SCREW YOU! (Peanut) It will not happen. Many issues in Oni can be blamed either on the lack of time or on the anime style, but multi player was dropped way back for a reason: It did not work well (yes it did work on LANs, but even there were synching problems. Now after Bungie Studios no longer owns Oni there wont be a patch taht would enable multi player, they don't even release tools. Oni is dead. Now if there were some 3rd party tools, or someone would use the Oni engine for anotehr game, multi player may be included, but only in one form that is feasable over the internet (and on splitscreen consoles) - co-operative gameplay. Beating up baddies with friends, similar to your TCTF sidekicks, which you cannot touch... this would solve Oni's synching problem I guess... But I doubt there will be a sequal, adon or anything else for Oni, which is a shame. | |
