I didn't even notice you posted this (Pete pointed it out and said I fit the bill for a reply, and I agree :P), and while I don't agree that Halo 4 is not canon (unfortunately), pretty much just look back at my Halo 4 review or go look up above at my replies to Melee's posts. Halo 4 is just filled with problems. Now, these problems don't make the game not-canon, but they sure make the game's story suck pretty hard.

I do like Spartan Ops, though. I pretty much can't stand the Infinity and nearly all of the UNSC troops on it, but Halsey and the Dinos sure make it worth it. Unfortunately, with the way they handled Halsey all the way up to the end, it just adds to the blunders of the overall 343 storytelling process. And I'm not even referring to the questionable bit about Halsey wanting revenge.
