Blackmagic Intensity Pro Black Screen *sOT*

I'm trying to capture some Halo 3 and MCC footage using my Blackmagic Intensity Pro over HDMI - but both my Xbox 360 and Xbox One just give me a black screen. I've tried every setting I can see, on both consoles and the PC. 720p, 24-bit, display discovery off etc, but nothing seems to change the result. I've also tried different HDMI cables.

Is there some trick I'm not aware of to capturing HDMI with the Intensity Pro? I have had it working with HDMI before, and I'm pretty sure I hadn't changed any settings to cause it to stop working. Sorry for asking here but Google hasn't been particularly helpful.
