On the PS4 at least, you have to disable HDCP in the settings. I did a quick search and the XBox One turns it on when you launch Netflix, TV, Bluray, etc. but once it's on it stays on. The solution is apparently to go to settings, and for power mode turn on energy saving mode. Now when you turn off your console, it closes all the apps so when you turn it back on nothing requesting HDCP is open.

I would honestly just invest in a stripper, since you will never have to worry ever again about the HDCP problem.
