It was "misunderstanding" that supposedly launched this line of debate (and drew it out). So clearly it wasn't known what he really meant, if that was what he meant. So having it clarified would be beneficial instead of assuming people have read between the lines.
However if the clarification has been made and it is accurate, then great.

As for editing, afaik the offending text is off-site, not an HBO comment.

Otherwise, just hack into Wu's database and make changes. I'm sure he wouldn't mind :P
