Two Things I Noticed in Halo Channel Vid

In the Halo Channel YouTube vid, there is a moment where they show a 'bio card' on Locke and it says he not on requisitions important artifacts, he also is an "assassin for high value targets". I figured he was hunting down the chief in Halo 5, but I thought it was to bring him in. Now it looks like he might be out to kill the chief!

Also, one other quick thing, apparently you can unlock a singleplayer skull via the Halo Channel called "Swarm" that gives Hunters DOUBLE DAMAGE and TRIPLE HEALTH!!!
