Most people are notoriously bad at seeing the big picture in how things interact. They make bullet point lists like this, without realizing that there are dozens of interacting rules and systems that create the experience which are outside the scope of what they identify.
Even with those fixes, multiplayer Halo 4 just isn't as fun as Halo's.
