Actually, I like to do the same thing for Last Titan Standing, especially if I have a burn card that gives me an extra-powerful anti-Titan weapon.

I'll hop out of my Titan at the start of the round and "snipe" enemy Titans from the rooftops. The enemy Titans are too distracted by the army of giant mechs to pay me any attention.

For Hardpoint, I like to drop my Titan and set it in "guard mode" near the entrances to certain territories. Point "C" in Angel City and point "B" in Fracture are great for Titan-sitting.

We split up -- we can do more damage that way.
