Killzone: Shadow Fall, a futuristic FPS. I played Killzone 2 and it was great, and this one looks to be just as good.

Infamous: Second Son, an open-world action-adventure game from Sucker Punch.

Knack, a cartoony all-ages platformer/brawler, where the title character can incorporate various substances into his body to utilize various abilities.

Drive Club, a more arcade-y type of racing game. PS+ subscribers get a truncated version of the game (or a supersized demo, if you will) for free.

There's also a bunch of indie games coming out for the system that look interesting, many of which are console-exclusive (some only timed, but still), including Octodad, Resogun, Rime, N++, and The Witness.
