Multiplayer field/court sports, for one. MS seems to love their sports titles.

More microphone and instrument inputs for band/music games?

Party games for sure.

You could also possibly fit 4 on top of 4 on one widescreen TV if they do 8 player split screen (though that would take significant processor)
