If it'll help more, there's a couple of other games further out. There's The Order 1886, which is apparently a Victorian steampunk third-person shooter of some kind. No gameplay vids exist yet, but there is a trailer for it.

There's also Deep Down, which appears to be an action-adventure title where you're a medieval knight or warrior fighting monsters, including a huge dragon. It looks really slick. There's two trailers, which may or may not be representative of gameplay. Here's the first trailer (there's a second one, but it doesn't show much other than very brief glimpses of some other monsters):

There's also War Thunder, an F2P historical war game with air, ground, and naval battles. It's coming out on PC as well, but the PS4 gets the only console port. There are levels that offer literally thousands of square miles of battlefield.
