I don't think so. I believe you are the craziest Flood fan out there :P
We've talked about this in private and on FUD a bit so I don't have too much to add, but regarding the timeline of "Infinite Succor"--I believe the "correct" (or most likely) way to interpret the comic is that Rtas' allies stayed behind for longer than they should have, and were thus consumed (in my head I'd like to think that it was Bero 'Kusova's devotion to his commander that doomed his squad, which makes the infected 'Kusova hunting him down a bit of dramatic irony.)
As for the Prophet, he's most definitely alive and sent along with the rest of the squad when Rtas leaves him--you can see him in a following panel. I don't disagree that "Infinite Succor", while in many ways brilliantly illustrated, is absolutely maddening to try and suss out certain (especially spacial) details. The first time I read it I totally missed Half-Jaw getting his mandibles cut off because it blends in.
I think there's a not-quite-standard "Sweet spot" of pure biomass tonnage and the actual "quality", for lack of a better word, of the biomass itself that can speed up or slow down the formation of a full Gravemind. I just think external communication alone is a rather poor benchmark for development.
