I meant to say between the Ark and Requiem. CINCLesotho said it was the best one since the Ark, I was pointing out it's the only one since the Ark.

serious reply: It's a galactic civilization, and it's not always stable, so there would be some major political shifts, and some of them would be battles, and being a galactic civilization I'm pretty sure those battles would be in space and be really big.
