Conspiracy theories and holy crusades aside, we can only use what we've been told. And in the context of sharing, Microsoft clearly says that, as the owner of the game, "you can always play your games."
I only know one definition of the word "always."
The real questions I have are regarding how many pools of games each person will have access to. Is it one person's library for ten people? Or does each person in the circle have their own library to share?
As I see it (again, assuming that Microsoft isn't lying to us), the worst-case scenario is that my library is the only shared library everyone in the circle can have access to, and only one other person in the circle can access my library at a time. But that would still address my use case of only needing to buy one copy of each game for my wife and I. That's a big money saver and is far more advanced than any other console on the market.
Then again, Microsoft might need me to sacrifice our first-born to use this. I don't know. (I'm not good at conspiracy theories)
