To me Flinch causes a bit of confusion and nausea as I've played so much of the other halo's that It feels weird when I get shot and don't get knocked out of scope. I also find flinch really annoying in team snipers because if you get shot while zoomed your aimer jumps and then you are going to lose to the guy that shot you first because the flinch caused you to lose your aim on him, thus missing the shot, and thus getting two shotted while in the past if you had it aimed right and the other person body shots, you still have a chance to get the head shot and take him out.
