Should be good now. Was one of the biggest pains to bring back up - the .sql file that needed to be imported was a chunk over 40GB. Took well over 24 hours for the import (and that was after several (long-ish) failed attempts because import parameters weren't generous enough).

Then, it turned out library.bungie.org didn't have a security cert, and the searches (which happen on a database on a different server) were being blocked just for security reasons (but without any notice in a log as to what was happening). I installed a cert just because I noticed there wasn't one... and then found that suddenly what wasn't working... was.
