What's the issue you're seeing?

If you mean that it didn't save your checkpoint, it's because coop doesn't have checkpoint saves, you always have to start from the beginning of the level.

If you mean that it didn't unlock a level that you got to... I've seen that bug before, although I have no idea what to do about it.
